Fair Use Policy

emailing.wtf is a private email service. We keep the rules short and in plain English. The short version: don't use this service to harm other people, and we won't suspend you over nonsense.

What's fine

Personal email, newsletters, sign-ups, and normal day-to-day use.
Using any standard mail app over IMAP/SMTP.
Staying anonymous. We don't ask for a phone number or your identity.

What's not

Spam, bulk unsolicited mail, or mailing-list abuse.
Phishing, fraud, malware, or impersonation.
Anything illegal under applicable law, or that puts the server's IP reputation at risk for everyone else.

How we handle problems

We don't do trigger-happy suspensions. If something looks wrong we'll look at the minimum needed to understand it. Genuine, ongoing abuse can get an account rate-limited or removed — that's it, and it's only to keep the service alive for everyone else.

What we store

Only your display name, email address, the IP you signed up from, and how much storage your mailbox uses. We do not read, scan, or sell the contents of your mail.
